AGREEMENT TERMS

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

The initial term of this Agreement shall be three (3) months commencing on the Effective Date. Upon expiration of the initial term, this Agreement will automatically convert to a month-to-month basis unless terminated as described.

TERMINATION POLICY

After the initial three-month term, either Party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

During the initial term, this Agreement may only be terminated for cause, including but not limited to:

Material breach of this Agreement
Non-payment
Misuse of confidential information or gross misconduct
